Eligibility to purchase
To place orders on https://www.issf-shop.com/ customers must:
– Be an individual defined as “End Customer”
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Be fit and competent to enter into legally binding contracts.
– Have a valid POP email address.
– Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or a Verified Paypal Account or a Bank Account
In particular, you must provide your real name, valid telephone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Additionally, you will be required to provide payment details which you represent and warrant to be valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the payment details provided.
Product availability
The items on the site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. Once the order has been processed by the ISSF E-commerce and Logistics Department which reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the goods, verify the validity of the transaction and check the Customer’s registration with ISSF. Customers will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the customer’s request.
ISSF has the right to limit the shipment of multiple quantities of a product to a single customer or mailing address. ISSF may therefore limit the quantity of a single product that can be ordered in one order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online. By submitting an order to us via our website, you confirm and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Payment for purchases can be made with the cards specified on our site.
You agree that by submitting an order, you immediately authorize ISSF to charge your debit or credit card for payment of the order upon submission of the order and implies that you intend to pay ISSF if your order is accepted.
Please note that discounts cannot be combined – This means that you cannot apply any type of discount code to a sale item.
Shipping
All orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment, however for some areas of the world this can take up to 7-10 days.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the delivery courier when the order enters your country; you will be contacted via email or call/text to make the advance payment. ISSF are not responsible for any import duties or taxes.
If for any reason you decide to refuse or refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for covering the costs of returning it to our warehouse and, any customs duties/charges associated with this. Any amounts will be deducted directly from the refund.
Pre-orders
To access future items, you can place your pre-order. The shipping date will be indicated on the product page, which varies depending on the product.

Defective products
Items are considered “faulty” if they do not meet our quality standards upon arrival, which require that the goods match the description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive defective purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours of delivery, to request repair, exchange, price reduction or full or partial refund, at our discretion. All return shipping costs will be paid by ISSF. If the customer decides not to replace the defective product, ISSF will provide a full refund of the purchase.
WARRANTY
ISSF products are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. If a defect occurs in a product due to normal use within 12 months of purchase, ISSF will repair the defect. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear and tear do not qualify for replacement or repair. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
It is subject to the ISSF production experts to recognize whether the detected problem is a manufacturing defect. Please note that defective items that can be repaired are not subject to exchanges or refunds. The repair process usually takes around 15 working days, however this period may be extended depending on the case or during the sales period.
Return Policy
We only accept returns on all full priced items (not sale items), in accordance with the following policy. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to organize your return by following the following steps:

Note: The applicable cost for shipping your return listed above will be deducted from your refund. By submitting a return, you agree to have the return postage cost deducted from your refund.
After receiving our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back to us. Your order must arrive with us within 21 days of initial receipt. Returns that exceed this time will not be eligible for refunds. All returned products purchased must be returned (including those exchanged) in their original condition, unused, undamaged, undirty, unaltered and complete with all original ISSF packaging. All boxes, dust bags and all other things included in your purchase must be included in your return which are considered part of the product. All returns are carefully examined upon receipt. We will only issue a refund if the product and its packaging are in brand new and resalable condition.
Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to inspect your return and refuse any returns if not in proper condition.
Please note that the costs and risks associated with returning the items are borne by the customer. ISSF cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to the package. Packages for which it is not possible to identify the Customer (surname, name, address and tracking number) will be refused.
Product and images online
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on issfshop.com. However, because computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be entirely accurate.
ISSF abstains from any responsibility due to a particular configuration of a customer’s computer or a malfunction in color definition.
Rejected orders

If you fail to pay the import charges without a reasonable cause that places the liability on us or the carrier, the import charge liability amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you have not paid import charges or have refused to accept goods which do not comply with a cancellation procedure set out in the Terms of Sale, the cost of returning the goods, unpaid duties and any additional charges resulting from such error or refusal will be deducted from your refund total.
Order modifications and cancellations
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or exchange it for a different size.

ISSF gift cards
ISSF gift cards are exclusively electronic gift cards and can be used as a payment method exclusively for purchases made online. The balance on a gift card can be used until the value is depleted or the gift card expires.
The gift card will expire 12 months after your order.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds for returns on purchases made using a gift card will be issued to the original gift card. Gift vouchers will cover all related shipping costs. The remaining balance of the gift cards can be used for another order and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards will not cover duties and taxes that may be charged when the gift card owner places an order.
We are not responsible for expired, stolen or lost gift cards. If there is any remaining balance on a stolen, lost or expired gift card, we may, at our discretion, be able to transfer this balance to a new one. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use of lost or stolen gift cards prior to cancellation.
How Gift Cards work
ISSF gift cards are issued via email using an electronic code that can be redeemed at checkout to purchase any product on our online shop.
Once the order has been processed and we have received payment, the buyer will be emailed the e-gift card code to the email address to which the order confirmation email is also sent. order. Once the shopper has received the e-gift card code, the shopper can then forward this email to the gift recipient, or they can print the voucher and give it to them.
